Could anyone help me out?

i only got a few photos in my shoot for “Bluejay” before the fuse blew on my flash. after two shoots. TWO. I wonder if I’m doing something wrong.. Am I? does anyone have a clue why the fuse has blown twice on me? I’m new to studio lighting.. so I really have no idea. I plugged everything in before I turn anything on so… I don’t understand how I could have blown it myself.

Help?
